Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Bookings must be cancelled 12 hours before the set appointment time for a full refund. 2. Appointment must be cancelled 12 hours prior to the set time of the appointment. 3. Please understand this does not mean there will be immediate service available for your product in some cases you may have to leave the product with E-Go Cycles Service Team for repairs.
